This was the case at the MCE North & West Europe 2025 conference, held on April 6 – 8 in London, organized by Europe Congress. Over the course of three days, event professionals from across Europe – including hotels, conference centers, technical and lighting partners, entertainers, and agencies – came together.
Celebrate Group had the opportunity to meet with more than 30 service providers from different countries and discuss potential collaborations that could lead to the next memorable international events.

Eton College – a journey through time in luxury

The highlight of the first evening was dinner at Eton College – one of England’s oldest and most famous private schools, founded in 1440 by King Henry VI.
We were the first guests to experience an entirely new event format – Eton’s campus is now available for private events for up to 250 people.
The atmosphere felt straight out of a Harry Potter novel: stone courtyards, centuries-old architecture, high vaulted ceilings, and academic grandeur.
Imagine a wedding that begins in a chapel where kings and scholars have walked for centuries – and concludes with dinner in the historic school library.
This is not just an event; it is an experience.

Church House Westminster – Royal charm in the heart of London

We spent the second evening at Church House Westminster, a historic building located right next to Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament.
The halls, the music, the cuisine – everything created a truly royal atmosphere.
Church House is perfect for conferences, gala dinners, and inspiring seminars alike – the venue offers 19 different rooms, with the largest accommodating up to 700 guests. It also features a professional sound and lighting setup.
We are already envisioning how the next major event for our clients could take place right here.

Entertainment that sets the bar high

Europe Congress also made sure participants experienced London’s culture and lifestyle.
Our highlight?
Silent Disco Walking Tour – strolling through the city with headphones on, dancing along London streets and singing to timeless hits.
It was simultaneously fun, liberating, and… utterly unforgettable.

ABBA Voyage – this is not just a concert. It’s a technological marvel that brings ABBA to the stage virtually so authentically that emotions overflow. We had tears in our eyes – from joy, nostalgia, and admiration. If you get the chance – don’t miss it!
