How early should you start planning a destination wedding?

We recommend starting at least a year before your wedding, especially if you’re planning to get married in a popular destination or during peak season.

Availability at sought-after wedding venues and among service providers can be limited, and some venues are actually booked two to three years in advance.

Planning a destination wedding within a shorter timeframe is also possible. In that case, we focus on finding the best options still available for your preferred dates.

Which regions of Italy do you plan weddings in?

We plan weddings throughout Italy and help you find the destination that best matches your vision.

When choosing a wedding venue, we consider not only its beauty, but also logistics, accommodation and the comfort of your guests.

Can you help us find a wedding venue?

Yes. Finding the right wedding venue is one of the most important steps in planning a destination wedding. We take into account your style, number of guests, budget and preferred location. We help you find suitable venues, communicate with them and compare the options.

We can also arrange venue visits so you can see the locations in person and meet the selected service providers.

Do you also arrange accommodation and transportation for guests?

Yes. With a destination wedding, the guest experience begins long before the wedding day. We help plan accommodation, transportation and logistics, and if the couple wishes, we can also manage all communication with the guests.

Do you plan weddings only in Italy?

No. Italy is one of our most popular destinations, and we have a strong local network there, but we also plan destination weddings across Europe. Every year, we visit different destinations and attend international events to discover wedding venues, connect with local service providers and expand our network.

Does the wedding planner travel from Estonia to the wedding destination?

Yes. For us, destination wedding planning doesn’t end with plans and emails. We are there in person, managing the preparations, communicating with service providers and coordinating the event, so you can focus on your guests and enjoy your wedding.

How do you start planning a destination wedding?

Everything starts with your idea. We discuss the kind of wedding and experience you envision, your guest count, budget and date, and whether you already have a specific region or wedding venue in mind.

From there, we can start creating the initial plan and move on to finding the right destination and venue.
