Annual Estonian Bar Association Party

In September 2023, an astonishing event was held among Estonian lawyers. More than 400 lawyers got the opportunity to get rid of tensions and work problems for one evening, when the pursuers of law were invited to the Kultuurikatel.

Tropical feel

The bar’s annual party took place in the blackbox of Kultuurikatel and in the downstairs lobby. Upon entering, visitors were greeted with snacks and a glass of champagne, which was shared with the chairman of the Bar Association, Imbi Jürgen.

Our vision was to make Kultuurikatel a place with a tropical feel. We set up several networking/lounge areas in the front room, with wallpaper with tropical leaf patterns hanging in the background. In order to keep the visuals of the party unified, the photo wall was also decorated accordingly. In cooperation with florist Ahti Lyra and his team, we added large tropical leaves to the background to complement the logos of the Bar Association, and also added LED lights.

The Blackbox Hall design

In the Blackbox hall, we used round tables and cocktail tables for standing positions. Decorations with LED lights and tropical leaves hung above the tables, which made the whole hall enchanting and special. Corporate events are important to retain and get noticed by employees and partners, so it is important to make sure that the organized events will create a wow effect.

Awards, Music, and Dancing

Kultuurikatel transformed into a glamorous tropical venue, setting the mood for a memorable evening. Several awards were given out, and guests enjoyed dancing to Tanel Padar and the band. It was possible to enjoy the music and feel nostalgic for the well-known songs of The Sun, as well as to hear Tanel’s newer music. It was an uplifting and memorable evening.
