these are certainly the defining traits of our wedding planners.”
one that will live on in our memories as a beautiful reminder of happiness and love.”
We enjoyed the day with all our hearts — thanks to our wedding planners.”
and not a single ‘thank you’ would truly express what I mean.
We are profoundly grateful to you!”
It was better than a perfect day, because it was real, personal, vibrant,

Wedding planning FAQ
What does a wedding planner do?
- We are there for the couple every step of the way, helping with everything they need.
- From the first planning stage to the final cleanup after the celebration, we guide the process.
- We provide advice, suggest the best vendors, communicate with everyone involved, and help create the couple’s dream wedding day!
How to start planning a wedding?
- The first step is to decide what kind of wedding you want: in Estonia or abroad, a restaurant wedding, tent wedding, outdoor wedding, manor wedding, candlelight wedding, city wedding, or island wedding.
- Next, decide on the number of guests.
- Then, think about your budget and what it can realistically cover.
Here you can check approximate percentages for different expenses and download a budget Excel file to start tracking costs.
Once these decisions are made, you’re ready to move forward with the planning process.
How much does a wedding cost?
There’s no single answer — it depends on the couple’s wishes.
Factors that affect the cost include:
- Number of guests
- Wedding location
- Wedding duration
- Band (A-level, B-level, or no band at all)
- DJ
- Accommodation
…and many other factors that influence the budget.
Should children attend the wedding?
Many couples prefer adult-only weddings so parents can fully enjoy the day. In some cases, children attend only the ceremony but not the evening celebration. If you want children to participate, we recommend our children’s host, Maarja-Liis Heinmäe, who organizes fun activities for kids.
Should everything be free for guests?
Not necessarily — but it can be. 🙂
- For destination weddings, guests often pay for their own flights.
- In Estonia, it’s common to offer a free bar, but there are exceptions. For example, the couple may provide some favorite drinks, while cocktails can be purchased by guests.
- Accommodation can also be arranged so that guests pay for their own stay.
How to save money on a wedding?
- Flowers: Guests can inform the florist if they wish to bring flowers. The florist creates bouquets and delivers them to the venue, which can later be used for table arrangements. Using seasonal flowers is also cheaper.
- Nice-to-have items: Welcome signs, signage, place cards, and table plans may seem small but can add up.
- Off-season weddings: November, February, and March are generally less expensive.
Is a destination wedding more expensive than a local wedding?
A destination wedding may cost more mainly because it usually lasts several days.
If you were to have a 3-day wedding in Estonia, the cost would be similar. Comparing one wedding day in Italy to one day in Estonia, the prices are fairly comparable.
Does the couple have to sit with their family?
No, the couple doesn’t have to sit with their family. They can choose to sit with friends, other guests, or even alone, depending on what feels most comfortable.
