Glitz&Glam birthday celebration at Koos Gallery

An exclusive birthday celebration at Koos Gallery brought together style, emotion, and thoughtfully planned production. Our goal was to create an evening where every detail contributed to the festive atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy themselves and celebrate together.
The concept was inspired by the desire to create an elegant yet lively evening full of character.
Visual concept
The evening’s visual identity was centred around deep, contrasting tones – burgundy red, botanical green, shimmering silver, and matte black. We combined modern materials with lush floral arrangements and lighting design.
Content and execution
The evening’s entertainment was designed to build energy throughout the event. Guests were welcomed into a glamorous birthday celebration setting that seamlessly transitioned from dinner and show performances to live music and a lively party.
The programme was brought to life with energy and character by:
- a dance performance by Don Ulvik and Utopia Entertainment, telling the birthday celebrant’s story through the rhythms of life, emotions, fragile beauty, bittersweet pain, and pure joy;
- a musical performance by Päär Pärenson and Silver Ulvik, created together with the guests;
- magician Meelis Kubo;
- the band Legend.

Koos Gallery was completely transformed for one evening. The unique and striking visual design and entertainment came together to create a seamless experience, where everything was taken care of so that the birthday celebrant and guests could focus on what mattered most – celebrating.
