Who is Sviatoslav Otchenash?
– Grand Master. A Man, who is known worldwide as the Grand Master of permanent make-up. Sviatoslav’s technique is unique and he is a valued teacher, who has taught around 300 masters all over the world. 

It was because of his workshop that ca 200 permanent make-up artists from 19 different countries came together to gain new knowledge and, of course, to enjoy good company and entertainment, which is an important part of a well-organized conference.

The two-day conference took place at Hilton hotel and both days ended with a gathering, where participants could share their experiences, contacts and enjoy the entertainment. 

On the first day, there was a pleasant evening organized at the restaurant Rado in the Old Town of Tallinn. On the second evening there was a formal gala, where the certificates were given to the outstanding participants and afterwards it was possible to dance the night away.
